About Us

About Us

At our counseling center, healing is a shared journey. We are a mother–daughter team who have spent more than 15 years working side by side, supporting individuals who are ready to make meaningful changes in their lives. Our work began in addiction services with probation and parole, and over time it naturally evolved into what we do today—individual counseling for adults who are hurting, overwhelmed, or simply wanting to feel better.

Our Story

Our path into this work is personal. While we are not addicts ourselves, addiction and trauma have touched our family deeply. We understand what it feels like to watch someone you love struggle, and we know the quiet, complicated pain that trauma can leave behind. These experiences shaped our compassion, our patience, and our belief that every person’s story deserves to be heard without judgment.

What We Believe

People often tell us that our space feels different—warm, genuine, and safe. We meet clients exactly where they are, without expectations or assumptions. We believe healing happens when people feel seen, accepted, and understood, so we work hard to create an environment where authenticity is welcomed and respected.

Every person’s experience is unique. There is no one-size-fits-all path to recovery or emotional wellness. We listen deeply, drawing from both our clinical training and the wisdom we’ve gained through real-life experience. Our goal is to help clients reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and move toward the life they want.

How We Work

We specialize in trauma and addiction, but our focus is always the person—not the diagnosis. We work with adults who are ready to explore their pain, challenge old patterns, and take steps toward change. Whether someone is navigating long-standing trauma, struggling with the impact of addiction in their family, or simply feeling stuck, we walk alongside them with empathy and respect.
