Insurance & Payment Options

We want counseling to be accessible, and we offer several ways for clients to use their insurance benefits.

SonderMind

We partner with SonderMind, a platform that helps clients use their insurance for therapy. If your insurance is accepted through SonderMind, they will verify your benefits, handle billing, and process claims on your behalf. If you’re already connected with us through SonderMind, you can continue scheduling and billing through their system.

Headway

We also work with Headway, another platform that manages insurance billing for mental health services. Headway checks your coverage, confirms your copay or deductible, and submits claims directly to your insurance company. If your insurance is supported by Headway, we can easily get you set up through their portal.

Medicaid (RAE 2)

We accept Colorado Medicaid RAE 2 for eligible clients. If you are covered under RAE 2, your sessions may be fully covered depending on your plan.

 

Private Pay

For clients who prefer not to use insurance or whose plans are not accepted, we offer straightforward private‑pay options:

• Individual Counseling: $125 per session

• Mental Health Therapy: $125 per session

• Substance Abuse Evaluation: $200

• Mental Health Evaluation: $300

• SAP Evaluation: $415 (includes interview, case management, clearinghouse updates, and follow‑up requirements)

All appointments are scheduled in advance. We provide outpatient services to adults.
