Level II DUI Education & Therapy Classes

Welcome to our State Licensed facility, where we offer comprehensive support and education for individuals mandated to complete Level II Education and Level II Therapy, as well as Level 4+ therapy classes as part of a DUI court order or DMV licensing requirements.

Level II DUI Education

Our Level II Education consists of 12, 2-hour sessions for a total of 24 hours. The course is tailored for individuals who are seeking to understand the impact of DUI and want to prevent future incidents. These classes focus on the consequences of impaired driving, substance abuse education, and the development of strategies to avoid future DUI occurrences.

• Legal education regarding DUI regulation and consequences

Level II DUI Therapy

If the court has determined a need for more intensive intervention, our Level II Therapy program builds upon the foundations of our education classes. This therapy segment involves deeper self-evaluation and development towards long-term behavioral change.

Level II Therapy offers:

• In-depth analysis of personal substance use and behavior patterns

• Coping mechanisms for stress and triggers leading to DUI behavior

• Group therapy sessions for mutual support and accountability.

• Personal development planning

Duration: Level II Therapy duration is based on individual assessment and court requirements. The 4 tracks are described below.

Track A - 21, 2-hour sessions for a total of 42 hours.

Track B - 26, 2-hour sessions for a total of 52 hours.

Track C - 34, 2-hour sessions for a total of 68 hours.

Track D - 43, 2-hour sessions for a total of 86 hours.

*Note: All Therapy track also require 24 hours of Level II Education

Advanced Level 4+ Therapy

For those requiring a higher level of therapeutic support, our Level 4+ Therapy classes provide an advanced structured program. These sessions are aimed at individuals who have experienced multiple offenses or have more complex issues related to substance use.

Level 4+ Therapy focuses on:

• Intensive group therapy formats

• Personalized attention to complex issues and relapse prevention

• Comprehensive behavioral health strategies

• Community resource integration for recovery support.

Level 4+ requires an intense substance abuse evaluation, and a minimum of 18 months of therapy.
